Before you sign up — three things to check on the iGrafx side

Your trial reads your iGrafx repository through the iGrafx REST API. For that to work, three things need to be in place — usually set by an iGrafx admin:

• REST API enabled on your iGrafx server. A server-level setting. It is off by default on some installations.
• Your security role granted API permission. Even with the API on, the role attached to the user generating the key needs API access.
• An API key generated against that user account. You will paste this in once your instance is ready.

Your trial will still spin up if these are not in place, but it will not be able to read your repository. If you are not sure, check with your iGrafx admin or test your iGrafx credentials now to see exactly what is missing — or email hello@igx360.co.uk.
