Terms of Service — 48-Hour Trial
1. Trial Access
By registering for an IGX360 trial, you receive access to a dedicated, isolated instance of the IGX360 platform for a period of 48 hours from the time of registration. The trial is provided free of charge for evaluation purposes.
2. Data Handling
- Your trial instance runs in an isolated container in the Azure data centre region you selected during registration.
- IGX360 connects to your iGrafx Process360 Live repository using read-only API access. We do not modify, delete, or write to your repository.
- Data replicated from your repository is stored only within your dedicated trial instance (SQLite database local to the container).
- No data is shared with other trial users or with IGX Solutions' production systems.
3. Data Destruction
- When your 48-hour trial expires, the container instance and all associated data are permanently destroyed.
- No repository data, API credentials, or analysis results are retained after destruction.
- Destruction is automated and is backed by Azure's data handling certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
4. Your Responsibilities
- You confirm that you are authorised to connect the specified iGrafx repository to third-party analysis tools.
- You must not use the trial to conduct security testing, penetration testing, or denial-of-service attacks against the platform.
- You must not share your trial credentials with others.
5. Limitation of Liability
The trial is provided "as is" without warranty. IGX Solutions Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the trial, including but not limited to inaccuracies in assessment reports or interruptions to the trial service.
6. Privacy
We collect your name, email address, and IP address for trial provisioning and communication. This data is retained for 90 days after trial expiry for analytics and follow-up, then deleted. We will not sell your data to third parties.
