1. Who we are
IGX Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this trial registration site and related trial communications. We provide IGX360 — Insights (the “service”).

2. What this notice covers
This notice describes how we process personal data when you request a 48-hour trial via trial.igx360.co.uk, when we provision your isolated instance, and when we send you transactional emails about your trial (for example welcome, expiry, and data-destruction messages). It should be read together with our Terms of Service for the trial.
3. Data we collect
- Identity and contact: name, email address, and any organisation name you provide.
- Account and security: credentials you create for your trial instance (stored only within your dedicated trial environment).
- Technical: IP address, browser user agent, and similar metadata from registration and service access (for security and abuse prevention).
- Trial operations: region selection, trial identifiers, and operational logs needed to run and tear down your instance.
When you connect an iGrafx repository, content from that repository is processed only inside your isolated trial instance under the arrangements described in the Terms of Service — we do not use it for unrelated purposes.
4. Why we use your data and legal bases
- To provide the trial (performance of a contract / steps prior to contract): registration, provisioning, authentication, and support.
- To secure the service (legitimate interests): fraud prevention, abuse detection, and protecting our systems and other users.
- To meet legal obligations where applicable (for example record-keeping required by law).
- Where we rely on consent (for example certain cookies or optional communications), we will make that clear at the point of collection.
5. Retention
Registration and trial metadata (such as name, email, and trial identifiers) may be retained for up to 90 days after your trial ends for analytics, follow-up, and operational integrity, then deleted or anonymised, except where we must keep limited records longer to meet legal obligations.
When the trial expires, your dedicated instance and data held within it are permanently destroyed, as described in the Terms of Service.
6. International transfers
Your trial runs in the Azure region you select. Where personal data is processed outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognised under UK GDPR) as required by applicable law.
7. Sharing
We use service providers who process data on our instructions (for example cloud hosting and email delivery). We do not sell your personal data.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, depending on the circumstances. To exercise your rights, contact us at hello@igx360.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
9. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will change when we do; material changes will be highlighted where appropriate (for example on this page or in trial emails).
